Classical Ballet Professional Track (CBPT)

Our Classical Ballet Professional Track is focused on fully preparing students for a professional ballet career in companies nationally and internationally. All CBPT students’ schedules include private and semi-private classes, additional rehearsal and mentoring time, a variety of opportunities in artistic projects and an in-depth study of classical and current repertoire. CBPT students can also elect to participate in competitions, such as Youth American Grand Prix. They are taught self-management skills and are also helped with company auditions once the student is ready. To support this, CBPT students are given the opportunity to work closely with our photographers and videographers, so that they are able to collect self-promotion and audition ready materials. This training track is by invitation only and is based on the student’s training accomplishments and intensity of commitment.

Depending on a student’s goals, different intensities of hours, within each level’s recommended time brackets, are advised.

Classical Ballet Part-Time Track

Part-Time students are those in the Intermediate levels who attend 8 or fewer hours a week. In the Part-Time Track, students have the opportunity to receive a top quality ballet education with which they can utilize in two different aspects. First, ballet supplements training for other forms of dance. Its technique helps develop skills such as advanced steps or skills necessary to perform in many other styles of dance. Students can choose to participate in all of the performances. Secondly, practicing the art of the ballet can have wonderful mental and physical health benefits. Not only does it provide an excellent physical education, as it strengthens, prevents injury, and optimizes a body’s function, but also its positivity and creativity help to develop a balanced way of being.

Classical Ballet Junior Levels

We offer four Junior levels: Pre-Ballet, Junior 1, 2, and 3. In these levels, we build the foundations of Classical Ballet so that students can choose to attain a professional career or succeed at the collegiate level, as in our Full-Time track, or so that they can choose to pursue dance in other beneficial and enriching ways, as in our Part-Time track. All students will study Classical Ballet technique following the syllabus of the Séber Method, as they create kinetically positive and healthy habits from a young age, and find joy and strength in the power and beauty of movement. In the Junior levels, students will develop important movement skills of advanced steps early on and will delight in the magical world of creative expression.
