Adult Zumba with Eric Ruiz
Come take one of our director’s favorite Zumba classes in town!
Eric Ruiz is bringing his exuberant, high energy hour-long Zumba class to Séber Method Academy. You will find joy in and truly relax with his ecstatic but challenging style, which includes varying “current” dance movements.
His playful personality meshes perfectly with the freedom of the Zumba experience, as his dynamic teaching style entices you to give it your all. The wonderful upper body exercises make the class become a whole body workout, a perfect balance for your training goals.
The whole of D.C. seems to agree- Eric’s class won Best Dance Class in D.C. in 2015, and was awarded second place in 2016 and 2017, coming second only to one of his own students. With this class, you will receive a work out for your heart- both physically and artistically! And since the class is on Fridays, you can take his moves to the dance floor later that night!
Fridays from 1:30–2:30.
Our first session will run from July 7 through August 4.
Drop-in Rate: $15 per class
5-Class Package: $70
Those who sign-up for the class package will receive a bracelet made by Eric.
